Into the Image of the Master

RTIM Discipleship Path

“The disciple is not above his master, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his master.” – Luke 6:40
This first level marks the beginning of a deep and progressive transformation. It leads the believer to know God personally, discover their spiritual identity, and build unshakable foundations of faith.
Focus: spiritual identity, healing, biblical foundations, and personal growth.

Level 1 – Formation of Identity and Foundations

“He who abides in Him must walk as Jesus walked.” – 1 John 2:6

This level focuses on shaping the inner life of the believer, forming habits, and developing a lifestyle that reflects the character of Christ. The disciple learns obedience, perseverance, and how to live under divine principles that lead to spiritual maturity.

Focus: Christlike character, spiritual disciplines, obedience, and perseverance.

Level 2 – The Formation of the Disciple

“The mature eat solid food—those who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.” – Hebrews 5:14

This level marks the stage of spiritual maturity and multiplication. Believers are equipped to govern, wage spiritual war, and reproduce mature disciples through wisdom, character, and power. Each lesson combines deep biblical exegesis, spiritual warfare, leadership development, and global mission.

Focus: multiplication, spiritual warfare, Kingdom leadership, and apostolic activation.

Purpose: to raise mature leaders—strategic soldiers and Kingdom builders—able to discern, conquer, and guide others in the Spirit of Christ.

Level 3 – Discipleship in Dimensions

“Entrust these to faithful men who will teach others.” – 2 Timothy 2:2

The final stage of discipleship. Students move from learning to leading — forming other disciples, mentoring teams, and building spiritual legacy.

Focus: maturity, mentorship, Kingdom vision, and generational impact.

Level 4 – Legacy and Apostolic Formation

A ministry of presence, comfort, and hope. The chaplain represents Christ in places marked by pain and loneliness — hospitals, prisons, streets, and communities.
Their calling is not to preach from a pulpit, but to serve from the heart: to listen, accompany, pray, and build bridges between God and those in crisis.
Chaplaincy extends the arms of the Church beyond its walls, bringing light where many have stopped believing it exists.

International Chaplaincy Network (ICN-RTIM)

Overview:
The Postgraduate Program in Christian Chaplaincy is designed for leaders, pastors, and professionals called to serve in institutional and community settings with spiritual, emotional, and ethical excellence.

This advanced module builds upon foundational ministerial studies and integrates theology, psychology, crisis intervention, and leadership principles. Students are equipped to bring healing and guidance in hospitals, prisons, schools, corporations, and emergency settings.

Core Text: RTIM Chaplaincy Manual – International Chaplaincy Network
Focus Areas: spiritual care, trauma response, pastoral ethics, emotional intelligence, institutional protocols, and cross-cultural ministry.

Outcome: graduates will be certified as Professional Chaplains, trained to represent Christ with compassion, integrity, and competence within multi-faith and secular environments.
